Its in perfect shape...one small scratch on the downtube from shipping, as for what you see on the fork its actually residue that came from a piece of duct tape that got stuck to my bike in the garage.

164 is ideal for someone up to about 5'11. Unless you are someone who prefers riding shorter skis they would work for someone up to about 6'1 6'2

Have a buyer at the moment but if it falls through i will have no problem to ship. Cost would be my asking price plus whatever the postal service will charge to get the package to your door step.

I am currently selling the bike as a whole, I have an offer of 2000 for everything but the fork. If you can match that and pick up consider it yours. If you are able to pick up within the week i will drop it to 1900. Again that is Everything except the fork. Unless i get a good offer on frame alone i dont know i would want to part it out.

You want to avoid sanding your frames. Keep in mind that when you are sanding off painting there is a good chance that you will be thinning the aluminum as well. Paint stripper is what you want to use as mentioned in the statement by Wellsy. Automotive paint is great if applied properly. If not is flakes/cracks/peels. You should also have the proper tools to do any facing of key places on the frame and fork. Disk Tab Mounts, Bottom bracket shell, Headtube to ensure that components being installed sit properly on the frame.

Any paint on the seals and upper legs will ruin the fork. Paint on the sliders will rub against the seals, wear them down and tear them apart causing them to leak.

The reverse arch reduces lateral tortion (makes for a stiffer fork)
